When you receive the goods, and find packaging damaged , please check them in front of DHL deliveryman.
If damaged, please try to obtain local DHL ’s breakage of documentary evidence, and meanwhile, contact with us to send the detailed packaging and product photos. If packaging is intact, customers should check the products within 3 days, if something is broken or missing due to the transport, please contact promptly your local DHL and send us detailed packaging and product ’s photos.

We are committed to returning or exchanging goods for customers in this case that there are quality problems, or inconsistent with the invoice, or can not work under normal use, within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

In normal warranty period (modules, power supplies, LED strips with 1-year warranty; control cards, video processors with 2-year warranty), we are committed to providing customers with free maintenance if there are quality problems under normal use. If customers tear up the product ’s codes, and their goods will not enjoy return and warranty.

Under warranty, clients must do the customs clearence according to the value of goods we require and pay the return shipment cost. We provide free repairs for customers and send you the items with recent order together, rather than send the repaired goods alone,and we will bear the delivery costs back.
