Exchange goods will be arranged if the following situations occur:
1. Within three days after receipt of the products, customers find that they do not like the items, or buy them wrongly, or receive wrong models, or do not know how to use etc.
2. Within three days after receipt of the products, customers find that packages are damaged in delivery, please promptly take photos of them and let the shipping company stamp on it when goods arrive.
3. Within three days after receipt of the products, customers find that packages are good in delivery but there are some damaged items or even cannot be used, please send us pictures taken when they arrived and damaged products photos as evidences.
4. Within 30 days after receipt of the products,quality problems occur under normal use. The above four cases, we support exchange of goods when customers ensure the good appearance of our products without any damage and without affecting the secondary sales. If damage is caused in transmit, we also offer exchange.

Customers need to contact us ahead of time, and declare reasons for the exchange, and after we agree,we will give you specified delivery address. Customers need to cooperate with us in Customs-clearance and some related information. Upon receipt, we will confirm the quantity and status of the goods immediatey, and deliver goods again. Usually, the new pacakges delivery time is within 3 working days after receipt of the exchange goods.

Customers pay the tariff paid when receiving the products,shipment fee generated by the returns and other local expenses. We bear the freight of the goods and tariffs when they arrive in China and other local charges.
